Mr. O’Brien joined Beitler in 2011 as an Associate in Beitler’s Tenant Representation Group working on behalf of office tenants and their lease requirements.
In his role he specializes in both the development and implementation of strategic real estate plans for his clients by understanding how their capital position, growth models and culture will ultimately affect their spatial requirements.
By focusing solely on tenant representation he is able to provide unbiased and conflict-free services to his clients. His goal in representing clients is to increase their leverage within the market to achieve reduced net rental rates, increased concessions such as free rent and enhanced tenant improvement packages, term flexibility, and pro-tenant lease language.
Prior to joining Beitler, Mr. O’Brien worked at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services and graduated from Marquette University with a double major in Real Estate & Marketing. Mr. O’Brien is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker.
