Beitler recently represented two firms in lease transactions. M. Wood Company, one of Chicago’s most established executive search firms since 1970, relocated from 10 South LaSalle to 135 S. LaSalle where they leased 3,532 square feet. Beitler was able to negotiate an early termination agreement from 10 South LaSalle which allowed M. Wood Co. to move into a more efficient space at 135 South LaSalle, ahead of schedule and under budget.
The country’s third largest billboard firm, Lamar Advertising, hired Beitler to help sublease 8,250 square feet of office space at 444 North Michigan Ave. Beitler successfully located a subtenant and simultaneously negotiated an early termination for Lamar.
