Beitler Properties LLC represented HLB Communications, Inc. in the renewal of their office lease at the John Hancock Center. HLB, a public relations firm, explored several options before deciding to renew its 5,525 square foot lease. Beitler was able to reduce HLB’s rental rate and negotiate several thousand dollars of tenant improvement dollars for HLB’s new build-out.
