07.25.2006 Beitler Awarded Leasing of 547 West Jackson / Metra Center

Beitler Properties LLC is pleased to announce it has been named the new leasing agent for Metra s headquarters at 547 West Jackson renamed Metra Center.
The 300,000 square foot building is owned by Metra who retained Beitler to lease the remaining vacancies in the building.
Because Metra is a 501(c)3, any tenant under the same non-for-profit designation can benefit from not having to pay its share of real estate taxes in their rent saving roughly $5.00-$7.00 per square foot.
Beitler is excited with this latest assignment which comes only several months after announcing the leasing and management of Metra s newly renovated train station, Millennium Station.
