08.29.2007 Beitler Lines Up Retail Tenants at Metra

Beitler Properties LLC successfully negotiated a lease with Potbelly Sandwich Works for 2,598 square feet in 547 West Jackson / Metra Center. Potbellys new store will be situated on the corner of Clinton and Jackson. Metra retained Beitler to replace the aging retail section of its headquarters building and Potbellys will serve as the catalyst for brining more high credit retail tenants to the location.

Beitler Millennium Station LLC is pleased to announce another tenant has signed a lease at The Shops at Millennium Station. Chi-Town Pizza will be moving into Millennium Station marking another leasing success for Beitler and Metra. Other tenants who have already signed leases include Chase Bank, Cinnabon, Accent Chicago and Now we’re Poppin.
