01.02.2008 Beitler Secures Long Term Non-Profit for Metra Center
CHICAGO, IL – 01.02.08
Beitler Properties LLC successfully negotiated a 15 year lease with United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) for 5,440 square feet at 547 West Jackson / Metra Center. UCP will be able to take advantage of its non-for-profit status by avoiding paying real estate taxes, valued up to $5.00 per square foot. The relocation helps Metra to kick off leasing of the second floor and attract more not-for-profits to the building.
