11.21.2008 Beitler Closes 25,000sf in Leases at Metra Center
CHICAGO, IL – 11.21.08
Beitler Properties LLC has successfully closed several long term leases at 547 West Jackson (Metra Center) to bring the building to a 93% occupancy level. The recent string of lease transactions include: MDA Lending Solutions, Inc. (7,717 square feet); Impark (4,064 square feet) and the RTA (9,657 square feet) for the office portions of the building and Dunkin Donuts (1,372 square feet) and Beggars Pizza (2,592 square feet) in the retail level.
