St. Louis-based law firm Thompson Coburn LLP signed a 10-year, 46,512-square-foot lease renewal, relocating to the 37h floor of 55 East Monroe Street to accommodate conversion of the tower’s top 10 stories into luxury condominiums. The new lease provides flexible growth for the firm after they recently merged with FagelHaber LLC.
John Paul Beitler III of Beitler Properties LLC represented Thompson Coburn LLP in the full-floor transaction. Rand Diamond, Michael Klein and Christian A. Domin of GlenStar Properties represented ownership of 55 East Monroe Street.
