Architect: Helmut Jahn
Designed by the world renowned Helmut Jahn, the 240 room Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotel is the anchor building in the Fountainhead project and the first combined Hyatt Place & Hyatt House hotel. The hotel design takes advantage of the spectacular Mississippi River views that will be easily visible from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
The building houses a Hyatt Place and a Hyatt House under separate wings while sharing onsite amenities such as food services, swimming pool and meeting facilities. The center of the building contains an outdoor courtyard providing a landscaped area to enjoy the outdoor space of the combined hotels while an adjacent connection extends up to the levee and the Great River Trail allowing for quick access to outdoor activity.
