“The Haus” is the first of a three building 300-unit residential complex at Fountainhead. The complex’s appearance is broken down into several colorful buildings mimicking the celebrated seaside villages found in Copenhagen. Each of the three buildings were designed with highly efficient layouts with one and two bedroom configurations. Positioned along the Mississippi River on one side and the 3.5 acre Central Park on the other, every unit takes in spectacular views along with an assortment of amenities including, heated indoor parking, swimming pool and fitness center.

Beitler and the Saint Andrews Greek Orthodox Church proposed a sleek and stunning 45-story condominium tower and public parking at 5469 N. Sheridan named “The Andrew”. This Class-A condo tower was carefully designed to curve with Lake Shore Drive and take the shape of a mast with a sail, offering spectacular views of Lake Michigan from virtually every unit. The Andrew contained an assortment of condo units including studio, 1-bedroom, convertible, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and town homes on the lower level overlooking the park.

Working with the City of Waukegan, Beitler established a development project that included an apartment and retail complex with over 300 units. The project was designed to embrace the close proximity to the Metra Rail (servicing Chicago, IL – Kenosha, WI) and incorporate elevated views overlooking Lake Michigan and Waukegan Harbor.
